A neighbor obviously goes all out decorationwise. Lights in all the windows and a Snowman family (Kevin and Kim Snowman, nee Blizzard and young Charlie Snowman). All very jolly. After Thanksgiving, one night after dark I’m going to put on my heavy coat and walk around to see what the other’s are up too. Do not disappoint me.
I got the first full month’s electric bill. It was okay, considering how cold and damp it is here, and that I can wash my own clothes at home now (yeah!). Of course, I do like it on the cool side in the house; I’ll start sweating at 72F (22C). The cats don’t seem to mind it being cool though they do sleep next to my legs. Huddle up boys and girls.
I’m rereading the Murderbot books and I’m beginning to wonder about the actors in all the media he consumes. Where do they come from? What are their lives like? Are they the same actors in all the different stories and does he have favorites? Rereading gives you avenues to explore.
