I have to fill out some very important paperwork which must be sent in asap. This involves downloading forms from the ‘net and printing them. Also copying some id info. Because I understand the universe and how it rolls, I was not surprised when the copier refused to print anything from the computer (though it worked perfectly fine two days ago) but it copied things just swell. I put in 2.5 hours working on the problem. Looking at the troubleshooting hints on the machine and the internet. Somehow it was the printer having a failure to communicate with the internet. Round and round we went. Finally I just shut the modem power off and on again (have you tried turning it off and on again?). That’s what it took. Printer shook its (metaphorical) head and said, Oh, right. Let’s print!
