Netflix movie

Footprints (2009)

Writer/Director: Steven Peros

An indie made with what must have been with the change they had in their pockets.

A young woman wakes up on the pavement in front of Gauman’s Chinese Theatre, not knowing who she is. Instead of everyone ignoring her as would happen in real life, people want to help. A whole clutch of people.

There’s something odd about the woman and I’ll be truthful, I fastforwarded a lot because odd doesn’t necessarily mean interesting. And then this old guy pops up to explain Hollywood to her and I couldn’t place him though he looks like I should know him. Then I realized that if you watched a lot of tv in the 60s-70s, you couldn’t avoid him. One of those guys you never knew the name of but he was always menacing Rockford or Mannix. But now he’s old but the best actor in this movie.

Towards the end the movie gets better.

I put together a bookcase today and that took hours and my back hurts. It was to house my dvds but it’s still not big enough. I have to arrange them logically. Alphabetically? Tv/movies? I need more bookcases so things don’t get buried,
