Anyway that's it... that's all I really needed. If I can spend some time tonight archiving important email from my iuwebmail, and I can go talk to whoever I need to at IU tomorrow, then I can clean out my desk thursday and be officially gone from IU before I turn 30 next wednesday. That was a definite personal goal, although I'd originally envisioned it going a bit differently.
Also, 30 on wednesday. I'm going to go to the refectory in columbus that night with whoever else is interested in coming with me. I was torn between having a larger weekend celebration and having one on the date, and have decided in favor of marking the actual occasion. Cause, you know. 30. That's going to require a brandy flight.
*(seriously... if you need something you can't get at IU, just let me know. I won't loan books to people, but I'd be happy to get you copies of articles. I can't count how many times I ran into papers with abstracts "In this paper we possibly totally solve that problem you were working on, but maybe not", and IU didn't have access.)
