This livejournal will now go into disuse.
I've had it since 2001 and I like my Friends page, so I intend on keeping it up. However, I will no longer post here because I just don't feel the need. Posting is more of an obligation because, "Hey, I have a livejournal. I should probably post something." Well, not anymore.
My comfort levels at posting personal information for all the world to see waxes and wanes, and I've never really gotten any benefit or satisfaction from it. I have no real direction for this blog, and I don't care to look for one anymore.
Why don't I just delete it and start a new one? Well, there are personally provocative things like my immediate thoughts after 9/11, and other material that I'd like to keep. I just don't feel like searching through and backing up such posts, and I don't want to have all this debris clinging to a "fresh start".
So, feel free to delete me from your friends lists, as I can safely say there will be nothing else posted here. However, it will remain for my personal future reference and the utility of the Friends page which is the only thing I really check anymore.
