about black werewolves

Werewolves are non-genetic magical creatures that begin their lives as humans. There are several distinct species of werewolves, all characterized by a transformation from human to canine form that occurs only on nights of a full moon.

The black werewolf is also known as the grey werewolf or the Mightyena werewolf; all are references to the ( Read more... )

♥ Oh god I have so much incoherent tl;dr that probably contradicts itself but you can help me work out the kinks or something :|a

Magic users! Well, one rule for every single one of the magic users is that you cannot bring the dead back to life! It's possible to reanimate their corpses and use their corpses as puppets or call on their spirits to talk to them but you can't bring them back to life. You can't create something out of nothing(i.e you can't just create a buttefly. However, you can turn a flower into one). You can't warp reality. You can make it seem like you warped reality but those are just illusions. And so on.

Magic is everywhere. Some are born with it, some can tap into the ley lines and some cannot do anything with magic whatsoever. Pokemon are treated as a human's only defense against magic. As pokemon are more in tune with nature than humans, they can sense magical beings and are one of the few things that can hurt every single type of magical being ever.
The difference between humans and magical creatures are:
* Magical creatures are very in tune with nature. This means when something goes down, they can sense it. There are some exceptions to the rule(corrupt creatures like Windigo and some species of Vampires) but for the most part, they have a strong connection with nature
* They have a strong magical core within and parts of their bodies have magical properties that aid people in potion making and what not greatly. For example, Blue's farie dust is very potent! Werewolf pelt can be used as armour and werewolf fur taken from under the light of the moon also had strong magical properties
* The magic of magical creatures tends to be fairly wild and untamed. It's magic in its purest form

Now as for witches and wizards - some of them have a magical core too! But unless they're an elemental witch or wizard, they are considered human. Most human magic users however, draw on external sources of magic. The wiccan witches can't draw upon too much magic from nature or they risk blowing themselves up. Like wise, witches and wizards with a magical core risk killing themselves should they use too much magic in one go. And they all need a focus to control the magic through, whether they decide to use wands, staffs, gemstones, bracelets, ruins - they all need a focus. Magical creatures do not.

Anyway, everyone can use magical plants and items that are embued with magic. So you also have many potion makers and magical creature hunters who wield these items despite having no magic of their own. Ironically, as time goes on, people have begun combining magic with technology to fight against magical creatures as attacks on each other become worse. :|a

I'm mainly drawing on what I remember from fantasy books here but feel free to add more rules and what not to what I've already listed because there's only so much I can remember.
