Well, Today was my first day Voluteering at the Animal Shelter. I must say it was kinda fun. There was this guy there that had been volunteering for the past 6 months, and he was nice enough to show me how things were done, rather then saying "I'm busy, you went to orintation, you should know how". I spent most of the time washing dishes and folding laundry. Helped a few people pick out pets, let some others play with the dogs. All in all it's one of thoes things that makes you feel good about what you are doing, even if you do stand around waiting for something to do half of the time, because laundry takes so long, and nothing you can do to rush it, lol. My hands smell like bleach now and are really dry, but I don't minde that much, I'm kinda used to it. And I got to come home to nice clean apartment, which kept me in a good mood too.
