Elf Raven! For real this time! :D
As of today, Elf Raven is officially for sale!!!! His first ordering period will be a short one, from October 21st to October 31st (2010). Lots of new pictures are up on the website: http://www.angeltoastdolls.com/store/ .
This marks the end of new releases for 2010 - all three molds will be available again in 2011, though I'm not sure about dates yet. You will also meet some new faces next year! ^_^ The first two Mini heads, Sparrow and Finch, are already in the works. And if all goes well, the 60cm girl head, Robin, should be released in 2011 as well. Plus hopefully I will gather enough capital to farm out my production casting. <333
Until then, there might be a few surprises in store! You are getting the heads-up (no pun intended) that there will be a raffle/quiz held around Halloween for two Halloween-themed heads (there will be two winners). Also for next year, there are plans to add azurielle 's fantasy-clothing line to the store! Whee! ^______^
Now I can sleep... for a month or so please. Well, after I fill my orders. XD But still, it's a huge relief. I feel that I have accomplished a lot this year in regards to my work, so I think I can sit back for the rest of the year and chill a bit. Concentrate on faceups and sculpting, and let the business-side of things simmer for a while. No rushing to finish molds and dyes and rendering sample dolls. (yes I call it "rendering", like cleaning up a drawing. XD It's the word that makes the most sense to me when thinking about painting and putting together one of my sculpts for display)
