I lost both of my parents to different types of cancer. For those in HRM, spare a thought for those participating in 'Bust-a-Move' at the end of the month to raise funds for a digital mammogram machine for the area. And ladies, get checked regularly, no matter how much you hate it.
I'm not saying that cancer can be beaten in my lifetime, but early detection of ANY type of cancer can give you much more of a fighting chance.
