(no subject)
it was a wonderful weekend / beginning of the week :)
friday.
milli came back from china, so we made a date. watched tv while we waited an hour and a half for jenn to get readyy and come to my house. then we waited a little longer since my friend anthony from SC was comin over too. then we were off to d.town disney for fireworks. very spur of the moment decision. we were in the parking lot as the show started. walked around for a bit, hadnt been there in a while. i like all the lights on the trees. then we headed to sonic's. i always see the commercials, but never knew where there was one. their "drive-thru" was pretty crazy. cuz you pull up to a speaker, park, and order ur food, and they bring it out to you. milli said that sometimes the servers are on roller skates. but honestly, the oreo blast tasted just like a blizzard from DQ. oh well, it was still cool.
saturday
work in the afternoon. got a call from karen, and we were goin to a bonfire :) since it was her first one EVER... we had to get materials for s'mores. then we saw buckets and wanted to play in the sand.. but opted on...kites! (best decisions ever made) it was already dark when we got there with jayr and jason. sean, tj, john, and their friends were already at huntington with a massive bonfire going. in his drunkenness, tj threw our first few attempts at roasting marshmallows into the fire. but then he made us s'mores, so its okay. then later, after some people started heading out, jayr, karen, jason, sean, and me headed over to the water to sit by the waves. that was real chill. then we got the bright idea of playing in the tide. it was super dark since there was no moon, but that didnt stop us. good times :)
sunday
worked the closing shift. headed to milli's. we chilled in the jacuzzi and caught up on each other's lives. the usual chis, and random talks.
monday
very tiring morning at fullerton. went to 2 different phyics classes since im trying to switch. afterwards, ran some errands. then got home and got ready to have dinner with the girls. of course, most of them got to red robin late, but we've accepted the lack of punctuality with our group. it was storytime all throughout our dinner. then we went to karen's. flew a kite. made a photobucket for all our pictures (second best idea ever). looked at oooolllldddd pictures. that was fun. then it was home early since everyone had either work / school the next day.
i'll be at SC this thursday / friday. im sooooooo excited!
