Becoming a senior brought me into a whole new world... I was the oldest, the 'brightest', the maturest, and everything else in between. We were said to have reason to be the happiest because our years as children were ending and we were transitioning to adult hood. However, for me, it is hard to say that i was ready for it. Up until now I was looking at college as a form of escaping but now I am looking to it as that new beginning.
This past year I have experienced so much death that I was lost in the confusion. Many friends of mine passed away, some in motor vehicle accidents, some from drugs, and even some from a form of natural causes. I was not, however, strong enough to deal with all of this in the form I should have, I ran. I now am learning I have to look at it in the face. You don't realize what people mean to you until you lose them or what their family means to you...
Just to all my friends, I love you all and i hope we continue to stay in contact, do not let fighte get in the way of us and do not let us going away come between us. Friends can remain friends at long distances.
I love you all!
