Troubles...
I took my troubles to the Lord; I cried out to him, and he answered my prayer.
Psalm 120:1 NLT
I needed this... I tend to forget lately that God will bring you out of problems IF you bring them to Him. It is just like any problem. If you do not confront them and try to fix them OR you do not ask for help when you need it, how can you expect the problem to go away?
I mean, think about it...
~You are having problems in school in a class, you ask for help from the teacher so you understand
~You are fighting with friends/family/bf/gf, you talk to them and try to work it out
~You have problems in life, you should bring it to the one person who knows your problems, who has all the answers, and who can help you... there is no one like God out there, He is the answer and He is the only way.
John 14:4-7 4 And where I go you know, and the way you know." 5 Thomas said to Him, "Lord, we do not know where You are going, and how can we know the way?" 6 Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. 7 "If you had known Me, you would have known My Father also; and from now on you know Him and have seen Him."
It is time we take a stand, when we have problems we cannot keep fighting God or try hiding them, the only true way to be rid of them and to fight back at Satan is by praying to God and GIVING it ALL up to him... that is the ONLY way and I believe it whole heartedly! And I know right now I am not practicing what I preach BECAUSE I know for a fact I do not give it all up to God and I try to handle it all myself... and then I get to points where I am so frustrated or upset that nothing matters... and God matters and He gives me and you and everyone else wake up calls... we all just need to listen. I know first hand, we all need to talk to God and listen...
