Matt Bot 3000: Taking Calls At The Speed Of Light!
...apparently my work thinks this is true. And a damn good bot at that. I'm currently in the middle of a 7-day work strech. Apparently I'm the only one they need to take calls on the weekend (Insert Puke Face Here) and it sucks! It's not busy by all means but I'm not the only person in this fucking account. What if I was sick? What if I didn't want to come to work. They would literally be FUCKED. Aside from having to do calls I have to process online cases and order parts. Now, I'm not the 'only' person on the phones but the other people aren't in the system as a primary customer service rep and only get calls from the US government or when we're in queue...and I just got a call...ttyl!
