hip hip hooray
i think back to this time last year.
i remember exactly what i was doing, who i was with, and how i felt.
i'm so much happier now. i love it.
i ran into my friend adam yesterday who i havent seen in months, and when he asked me how things were a huge smile ran across my face. i just couldnt hold it back, i am incredibly content with my life right now. even adam seemed surprised, "an optimistic van epps?" yes. im optimistic for what the future holds, im not sweating the small stuff (or at least trying not to) and i'm making an effort to be more open-minded. great things are to come, my real life is starting, and though charlotte is boring as hell right now, spending the time doing all the old things makes me realize how much i truly am excited for the new. lets ring in the new year with happiness folks!
