Upset
I'm upset. Here's why:
I don't consider myself a knockout. I'll put myself "average" in the looks category. If you look at my wedding pictures though with a little effort I can be a smokin hottie. I digress. So Troy and his business partner had this idea for the business card--them surrounded by pretty girls in a ferrari. fine. This is Vegas, there are plenty of hookers and strippers to fill the car. Well then they decide they don't want to deal with hookers and strippers and they will just use girls they know. fine. this is Vegas we have plenty of friends that look like they could be strippers or hookers. So Troy turns to meetin to find said girls. fine. There are some cute girls on there. And then there are some of the girls troy picked. Again, I digress. So Troy sends out an invitation to like 9 girls from the site. One of the girls on the list has made comment before about how Troy treats me/other women in a way that affects me. I was both hopeful and afraid that she would notice that I am not on the list of "beautiful people". So I didn't make the cut even though Alissa (the one I hoped karma would hurry up and drop kick) did as well as two other girls he used to date and one that the night we met (he and I) he could not stop professing his love for to me. fine. Maybe I just didn't get an invitation because I am the wife and my role was to be assumed. So I asked what his plan was. We're all going to go to Ceasers, take the picture, then they'll get out, you and I (troy and I ) get in and get our picture taken, then go have margaritas. not fine. The hell I am going to stand around and wait for the pretty people to take their picture and then jump in for the sympathy photo. Especially when I am prettier than some of the pretty people* As if I needed any help feeling bad about myself. And also the hell I am going to stand there and have those "beautiful people" feel bad for me (because a few of them are nice and would realize what was going on).
Homie don't play that.
*or at least photograph better. we all know gorgeous people that don't always photograph well
