I got a new assignment with the temp agency. Data entry, swing shift, love it. I get paid to go listen to music and eat crackers and gummi bears at my desk. Oh yeah and type in a few numbers now and then. whatever. Notice I did not say anything about dealing with angry/rude/violent/pissy people. And I am finally getting some non-customer service experience to put on my resume which makes me oh-so-happy.
And another benefit is Troy and I now have more than 20 minutes together everyday. A lot of it is still sleeping time but now there is more of it :)
We went to see MamaMia the other day. We had really good seats. I wouldn't recommend paying for seats unless you are a die-hard Abba fan. I knew like 3 songs going in and they were all done in the first act. It also had the longest curtain call in the history of the world. They did 4 whole numbers after they started their bows.
We also went to an implosion wednesday (early) morning. The Castaways (formerly the Showboat). It was fun for us because we had been keeping our eye on it for a while. When we were doing the commuting (from his house to my apartment and vice versa) we drove by it and got to see it slowly being dismantled. It was neat to see the whole thing go. Troy got video of it on his digital camera and hopefully between the two of us we can edit and post it for y'all to see.
