Life is pretty good
im not even going to try to figure out how long its been since i last updated..haha. everything is going so well for me. Last week I visited Jake from Sun-Thurs and it was so nice. Being away from him really made me take a step back and look at him, and its amazing how many sweet little things about him i noticed that ive never fully appreciated before. I'm so in love....well it was just a really nice visit=).
So I've been waitressing at the Country Corner Cafe in town. Great hours, great bosses. amazing money, and the best coworkers ever. We have so much fun and i love going to work. PLUS its all in nice icy cool airconditioning...amazing:). hahah.
I also got a job teaching Spanish/ Foreign Language Lab at a summer camp. I get paid $100 for every 3 hour day, and the camp lasts for two weeks. Ims oooo excited. Its going to be a great experience and planning all my lesson plans/games has been sooooo fun. Its gonna be good i think.
My grandma's memorial service is this Saturday. Im going to see relatives that i havent seen in years which will be nice but i wish it wasnt under these circumstances. Im worried about how my mom is going to be...when my grandma died she was a mess and hasn't really been the same since. I'm hoping though that this service will bring her some sort of peace, which i think she really needs. I'm so glad that my sister will be there with my parents and I... She is growing up into such a wonderful person and I feel so fortunate to have her as my sister. I think that having her around has helped my mom out a lot throughout this whole thing. I'm glad that while my grandma was sick and i was at school and my dad was at work. that my mom had my sister to comfort her like she did. Im really very proud of her.
