Fics update and beta request.
The plot bunnies are being subdued as I type.
Well, sorta, they keep breeding around me and now I have more ideas than time *again*. But well, I don't complain, I love writing and sharing, and it's a good way to kill time between deadlines ;)
Anyway, one of the oldest plot bunnies in the sparkly farm is Jodi's Song, the choey gender bender that milosflaca and I have been trying to finish since February (Joey *still* refuses to cooperate completely, the jerk) but I'm glad to say we're finally winning and part 1 has been finished. However, as I'm not a native speaker, and milosflaca agrees that her grammar is not the best, we would like to ask if someone would be willing to beta it for us. It's a long fic, part one is about 20 pages in word, pg, during the hiatus, and both *N Sync and the Boys make an appearance. There's not a real deadline for it, since we're only in page four of the second part (Again, Joey... the man is stubborn) but we would appreciate the help.
Also, my Kevin/Chris angel fic has been *almost* completely subdued. It's completely written in rough draft, part one has been polished off, parts two and three are on the works, and the only thing missing is, well, a beta. It's also long, part 1 is 17 pages in word, as I said Kevin/Chris with a heavy participation of the Boys -in fact, *N Sync doesn't appear at all in the first part-, pre-bsb era. This one is a little more urgent, but also, there's no real deadline for it. I thought about asking if anyone could beta it at popslashbetas, but I figured I could ask you guys first.
On the 'they're coming slowly but surely' list we get the Timberlake Effect, at 25 pages and still going. I'm going to subtitle that as the 'Pairing Merry go round', as so far I got Trickyfish, Chris/AJ, and TrickC. Yep, I'm writing something other than Chris/Kevin, Chris/Howie or Choey. figure that. I'm probably going to post that in chapters, as it's only chapter 3 and 25 pages already sounds like a lot.
The bunny who demands conceptual art is alive and well, and I'm well into page 4 without a title. Also, I've found a small drawback on the art department, and maybe you guys can help... Do we have any photos of the guys with crazy facial makeup like the clockwork!Chris? If so, I would love to see them! (Especially JC. I'm on a JC's mood). Also, milosflaca happened to that bunny, so you can count on a lot of Howie's scenes...
Finally, and on the 'why I thought of that?' department, there's the Superpowered!Nsync bunny, and one very, very weird mental image of Kevin and Chris as Maddie and David from Moonlighting. I have no idea why I thought of that, but well, as you can see, my mind is a strange place.
And that's about it, besides yay! another deadline meet just in time. That makes 26 magazines without delay from my team. Go us!
