Keeping up with tradition...
I think day 2 of ID4 is my favorite. The arrival of the aliens is a very obvious tribute to V, which of course means that people are accusing the V remake trailer of ripping of ID4, which makes it a weird full circle.
Still, I hope that the remake manages to get that same feeling of unity that both the original V and day 2 managed to convey, the "We all are in on this" vibe... And that this time filmmakers remember that Mexico is part of the world. (Actually, Original V surprised me on that front, but that's for another post)
