Swimming is a lot more fun when I'm not dying of allergies. I don't even know what I'm allergic to, and I want to get allergy shots or something just so I don't have to drug myself up to make my nose stop running. Right now I'm taking 1.5x the required dosage of Benadryl just so I can, you know, breathe and stuff.
So now for a Transformers related entry!
I got addicted to the movie previews and whatnot when I saw this "Making of the Movie" thing online and thought it looked like the coolest thing ever. I saw it twice in the theater, once with my dad and once while my mom saw Harry Potter. Then I downloaded a camrip off the internet.
All I can say is HOLY CRAP. It was such a fantastic movie, despite watching almost an hour before there were actually any robots, but that really didn't matter because even the human characters were so cool. I love Bumblebee, he's the cutest 16-foot-tall robot ever. :P
Then I got into G1. Crap, because now Transformers dominates my life. Admittedly, the animation sucks (they need to stop mixing up the Seekers' colors), but there are some things that are just too funny for words - like Soundwave's voice. But at the same time it was awesome because I actually found out that - *gasp* - there are other characters besides Optimus Prime, Ironhide, Ratchet, Jazz and Bumblebee (not to mention the decepticons).
I have gained a strong personal love for Bluestreak. And Sideswipe. And Thundercracker. And Soundwave + cassettes. And Prowl.
Damn you, Transformers fandom. I JUST WANTED TO SEE SOME GIANT ROBOT ACTION ON THE BIG SCREEN. We won't even get into my pairing preferences...
