UMMMMMMMM NGL CAME FOR THE GOLDEN LOCKS OF HAIR, STAYED FOR THE INCREDIBLE FOOTBALL. No seriously I was rooting for them so hard against Germany and like goddamn the amount of heart and effort they put into it. They like stuttered and then they got a second wind and it was like putting blood and heart into the second half and oh my god Forlan i n c r e d i b l e. omg my love for him is so embarrassing fml.

i really thought they were going to win. like, i thought it was going in and they were taking third and then when it didn't, there was like. this moment of complete silence and disbelief on my end. ;____;

I SHIP YOU/FORLAN. haha but seriously though, i understand the love. he's one hot piece of man! i am quite partial to their keeper, tbh. muy atractivo.

BUT LIKE even when they didn't win it didn't FEEL like a loss, you know? Because they played so incredibly like that game was probably my favorite of the entire cup tbqh. Maybe I'm biased, but I remember their performance more than I remember Germany's.

haha yeah, yeah, i hear you. but to me, it really did feel like a loss because i thought they deserved to keep going, but then they went home and everyone was celebrating, all, wheeeeee!!!! yaaaay!!! we did well when we weren't really expected to!!! and then my heart mended itself.
