nothing special
Today is just an ordinary day. It's really hot and humid here. They are actually telling people not to go outside. They always hype stuff up on the news though.. I do have to go out today- Staples and Target.
I made a really good recipe last night I thought I'd share...
Savory Backyard Chicken
3 tbsp. Montreal Seasoning
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. thyme leaves
1/2 tsp. caraway seeds
1/2 tsp. ground mustard
6 tsp. balsamic vinegar
4 tsp. olive oil
Boneless skinless chicken breasts
Mix first 5 ingredients in small bowl. Add vinegar and oil. Mix well. Pour over chicken in shallow glass dish or bowl. Marinade for at least 4 hours. Cook on med. heat on grill (I used the George Foreman and cooked it for like 10 minutes).
It's yummy. I'm starting to really like cooking. Tonight I'm making Taco Salad.
So my Etsy site is really taking off. I started doing TTV's which means "Through the Viewfinder". Mine are digitally created, not the old-school way. I actually tried the old-school way when I was in Michigan and it's really fucking difficult. So I think I'll stick to photoshop... None of them have sold yet, but we'll see. Other people seem to do really well with them...

I officially wrote Simon to retire me. So sad. It really does make me sad but it's for the best. It just doesn't fit into our lives anymore unfortunately. I wish it did. But there are no mopeds here and Travis just doesn't have time for it. His job demands a lot of him. You know to have a moped here you have to title it, register it, plate it and insure it??? How ridiculous is that? It just isn't practical. And with how bad people drive here I would be scared to death to ride anything 2 wheeled on these streets. People here are just ridiculously bad drivers- the worst I've ever seen and I used to live in Florida!!!! I feel more scared driving here than I did when I drove on the wrong side of the road on the wrong side of the CAR in England!!! That's pretty bad.
