I weighed in with Wii Fit today and I've officially lost 30 lbs since January. I've been more conscious of what I'm eating, cut down on fast food big time (though I'm currently craving a super salty McDonalds burger), been more active and just generally made an effort... And it's paid off.
Poverty also helps with the whole eating out less and cooking healthier stuff that is more filling... :D
