:) Awesome weekend....
What an awesome weekend. :) I am SO glad that I went to the call-back auditions. I would have been so mad at myself if I didn't. I have made up my mind--I wanna do guard this year (that is, if I make it). I really think that it is such a big part of me, and I am not ready to give that up. I know that I will have a blast! (And keep in shape, as well!) Some people there just make it sooo damn funny.... lol stevo!!!
Today, at the auditions, we danced, did ten million kinds of sit-ups, spun weapon and had to do an interview with the instructors. The weapon auditions were quite interesting, lol. (I auditioned on rifle, of course!) So the first thing that we do is spin 200 ON THE LEFT HAND! I was like flipping out---cuz I am HORRIBLE on the left, lol. So, of course, I break like 5 times (no drops, tho) , lol. But I got back in right away.....so that's good :)
Next, we did spins and stops....I think I did pretty good on that. Then, we threw triples. And, sure enough, I drop the first one! LOL. I was just looking at it on the ground saying to myself "FUCK". It was just SOOO incredibly stupid for me to drop that. Oh well. But, everything else went smoothly. Once again, we hadda throw 6s and 7s.....yep, that was interesting, hah. I was throwing 6s (with terrible body underneath) but I don't think I was throwing 7s. I was just chucking it into the air as high as I could, lol. That was fun.
Stephaine--our instructor--asked a few of us to spin sabre for her (in front of everyone too). She called out my name and I was thinking "what?? WHY? I HATE SABRE!" lol So, yeah, I think she could totally tell that I wasn't a "sabre" person, but w/e. At least I tried, right? ;)
So, that was basically the highlights of today's rehearsal. I can't wait to find out whether I made it or not!! I should find out sometime this week..... I am so nervous!! AHH. :-/
I went out to dinner with Kelly and Lindz at TGI Friday's. I swear I had the BEST salad ever! It was so damn good that I ate the entire thing! The waiter was really hot too ;) And, I was pleased to find out that they take UCF Smart cards!! Woot woot! I was soo excited, cuz that means that I dont have to pay for my dinner's there....MOMMY and DADDY can pay them for me! :) I am so sneaky....
Kelly needed to buy a plunger today, so we went to Walmart after dinner to buy one. She bought it and then proceeded to attach it to every surface possible! Including the floor at Walmart, the windows in my car, my sunroof, haha. It was so friggen funny. Okay, okay, I guess you hadda be there :-/
A certain someone is being really gay right now. It's kind of making me mad. :-/ Grr.... Why do I even bother? Seriously....I don't even know.....
