Here is my second tutorial.

♥ I made something i'm proud of it ^_^ will learn how to color a black and white pics.
♥ I used Adope photoshop 7, but I'm sure it will work with other progrms and versions as well. ^_^
♥ I worked on one of Die's pics he is the Guitarist from Dir en grey japanese band.
♥ Sorry English is not my first language, so I think there is some grammar mistakes or even spelling mistakes ^^;;
♥ Lets start~

- I took this pic and resized it, sharpen once, (filter>sharpen> shapren) so it looked like this.

- Add new fill layer, (layer> new layer) than fill it with #0A083B (Very dark blue) set it exclusion 100%

- Add new fill layer, (layer> new layer) than fill it with #CCCCCC (light gray) set it soft light (opacity 50%)

- Duplicate the base and drag it to the top, set it pin light (opacity 100%)

- Use this texture
set it screen (Opacity 100%)

- Now add this light texture
I flip it horizontal (Edit > transform > flip horizontal) set it color dodge (Opacity 46%) I erased what it comes on his body and face so we only have it on the background of the pic.

- Add this texture

katiroth set it overlay (opacity 100%) I only erased the face, I left the hair and body.

- Finally add new fill layer (layer> new layer) than fill it with #E3C5A3 (light orange) set it liner burn (opacity 41%)

And we are done ^^ see my tutorials always simple ^_^ I hope it will hope some of you guys~ ♥
