A lil' Update...

So alrighty. Hello! How are you?
I'm decent.
Yesterday was insanely busy.
Had two auditions. One was for the Voices Project....it went actually, really well. I did an angsty little scene for them. I was playing a girl who just found out that her boyfriend was cheating on her and on top of that, gave the affair chick some flowers. I got to be pretty pissed off. Twas fun! I also sang Fiona Apple's "Paper Bag" and that went much better than expected, I got them groovin' a little bit. They seemed to like me.
I also auditioned for Bishops' musical Romeo and Juliet. The acting bit for me....not so good. There are only 3 main girl characters including Juliet. Juliet's songs were too high for me, the other two parts were so unlike who I am it was very difficult, even though I aced the singing audition. So all in all I get to cross-dress. *giggles* My name is Caleb. Also I get to be a woman in a few other songs, so I get to be in a very good amount of scenes and songs. I'm happy, I really am. There were so many girls who would have suited the main characters much better than I and they got the part. And rightly so.
I'm excited to start practices hardcore.
It'll be a really awesome musical!
