(no subject)
So, this week at school is grad exam week. It is particularly boring because all we do is either sit in the gym or watch students take tests.
What else has happened this week?
Scouts was fun. We took the kids to the 100 years of scouting exhibit. Some scouts highly misbehaved. I didn't get a chance to really look at anything for trying to keep boys in line. The sad part is the ones that were acting the worst had parents there that just totally ignored the things their children were doing. Of course, the ones that were the worst were also the same ones that we've had problems with before. There was one child that had to be told two times each by three different adults before he finally listened and did as he was asked. Of course, mom was standing there socializing totally oblivious to anything that was going on.
Class was, well class. At least this week we don't have too much crazy stuff to do. I'll get my list of reading together tonight and get started.
Last night we had church. Brandon didn't get to stay because his teacher called and he couldn't/wouldn't tell us why she called so he got sent home for punishment. I will have to call her in a few minutes to find out what's going on and remind her to call the cell phone. I don't know why in the world a teacher would call the parent of a car riding student during car rider pick up on their home phone unless she really doesn't want to talk to them.
