-Slept in a little bit later since the boys were passed out cold after a night of concerts.
-Rode the Skylift up the mountain. When we got up there the wind was so bad it kept blowing everyone's hats off so we took them and put them in the bag. Bought some water and headed down the mountain.
-Walked down the mountain doing 2 virtual caches and one real one on the way.
-Rode the shuttle back around to the main part of the park.
-Went and ate at Katie's.
-Rode the shuttle over to the Paddle boats.
-Got on the paddle boats and then took a bit of time to sit inside and chill and have snacks.
-Rode the shuttle back to Memorial Hall.
-Went and looked in the museum.
-Hubby Holden and Brandon went and played in the SkyHike area while William and I went and browsed the stores. Topped our little walk off with a chocolate covered oreo each.
-Everyone met up at the ball pit.
-Went and listened to
Tenth Avenue North and
Natalie Grant. It was so hot and the boys were so whiney that hubby took them to chill in the merchandise tent area during her concert.
-Went to buy a Natalie Grant CD and lucked out. Since Tenth Avenue North was still at the signing table they had no where to put her except at her merchandise table. So I got to meet Natalie Grant since I'd inadvertantly ended up being first in line.
-Decided to skip out on worship and the speaker and headed back up to the ball area. There we met the drummer for
Casting Crowns. All because I got bored and went to talk to a lady with an ARTIST pass who happened to be his mom.
-Went for ice cream.
-Returned to the conert area and listened to
Family Force 5. Hubby Brandon and William were done by this time. It was so hot. So Holden and I stayed to finish the show while they took the stuff and headed to the car.
-Returned to the room and ordered pizza. Learned that the local Papa Johns is full of idiots. Since the hotel didn't have their number I called and the first thing I asked was if we'd called the right one for the delivery area. Dude took the info. After the alotted time the pizza still hadn't arrived. So I call back. They tried to inform me that the hotel we were in did not exist. Finally, we did get the pizza.
