I have become a facebook junkie
Which means I rarely update over here anymore. This is sad because LJ is actually a better place for the day in day out posts that show how life really is unfolding instead of the one sentence quickies you get on facebook. At least here you can spell out your memories for later years. Of course, I need to get mine transfered into another location in case this place ever closes so I don't lose them all.
So, where do all the pieces of my life fit right now?
There are 9 more class days left and I still don't know for sure whether I will be back or get a pink slip. Everyone keeps telling me not to worry I have a job, but the principal hasn't said so. And well, they don't have to tell me until next Thursday whether or not I have a job for next year.
Cub Scouts ends for the year tomorrow. William has earned his Arrow of Light, the highest award in Cub Scouts. Brandon will be getting his Tiger Rank. I need to make sure we set up a leader meeting for next year so we can begin planning because it will be here before we know it.
AWANA also ends this week. William will get a book award. I am so proud of him this year. He buckled down and got everything done that he needed to do. He had a great year at AWANA and I am so looking forward to being out in the shed with him for the next few years.
I have volunteered to teach VBS, 2nd grade. I am also working Camp Cow Pie, Cub Scout day camp. Both are the same week. I will probably die of exhaustion.
My first semester at Auburn is completed. Still waiting on that pink slip to know whether I get to stay in or not.
I am still struggling with my last 8 pbs of weight loss. However, I am gearing up for a 5K in July. Let's hope I can make it.
