Oops
I did something so dumb. I was getting gas and stopped in the store to get something. Come outside, get back in the car, hit the gas.
THUNK.
I forgot to take the gas hose back out and replace the cap.
Luckily the hose pulled out fairly easily. The clerk didn't seem too phased--I guess it must happen a lot and the hoses are designed to handle it. I feel pretty silly though.
