So, writing is hard work, in and of itself. This morning I am working at home writing performance reviews. I've been working on one for 3 hours. Remembering what someone did for an entire year and then being able to express it in a way that is focused on the performance, not just "I like this" is difficult to.

Hard work squared. No wonder I am already tired!
