Fruits Basket Episode 23
Well, Ri-chan was a tad bit disappointing... But I guess this is because they expand his story a bit more in the manga than in the anime ;D Besides, he does tend to have an effect of awkwardness on people... I guess that's just a part of his charm ;P And, the part where he supposedly tries to kill himself, well, I just loved the way that Shigure and Yuki act as if this type of thing happens daily ;P Of course, they both are unusually blunt to people as well... Poor Ri-chan ;P
Either way, I do love the reactions that he tends to have over the Shigure household ;) And yes, he does have at least some issues... But also, we get to see the relationships strengthen ;D I mean, Yuki and Kyo both admitted out loud that Shigure has a certain malice inside him ;D And, they didn't even fight about it ;D Of course, I do miss the fights that they have... But I also love the way that their reactions to Tohru are suddenly getting more and more serious... ;D
Of course, it turns out that Ri-chan's back story isn't that nice either. I guess it was his parent's embarrassment combined with the fact that he likes to dress as a girl which gave him quite a low self esteem... Of course, Tohru does make him feel better ;D But I think it is sort of nice that she can find a way of dealing with people like Ri ;) personally, I would've just bonked him in the head and tell him to get a move on with his life ;D
