chest crushing panic - attempt to de-crush PART 1

1. "What am i feeling?" intense physical anxiety coupled with racing thoughts

2. "Could i allow myself to have this feeling?" allow? i can try though i am struggling with wanting it to go away

3. "Could i let it go?" having a hard time

4. "Would i let it go?" i would

5. "When?" soon?

6. "Now how am i feeling?" same but focused a bit

7. "Could i let this feeling go?" i can

8. "Would i?" i would

9. "When?" soon

10. "What am i feeling?" physical anxiety and slight lack of focus

11. "Could i allow myself to have this feeling?" i can

12. "Could i let it go?" i could but not yet

13. "Would i let it go?" i will but having a hard time

14. "When?" sooner than i thought

15. "Now how am i feeling?" in a little more control; definitely focused

16. "Could i let this feeling go?" i could

17. "Would i?" i will

18. "When?" soon

HOW: go outside on porch - don't bring textbooks (save them for later) and do Part II of Sedona
