Today is Monday, and it is definately a Monday. It was cute how Kelli and I and a ton of other girls were rocking the DREAM ON... Tee's.
I dance in my pink tye-dyed tee,
Yup, in my pink tie-dyed tee,
Yup, in my pink tie-dyed tee,
(Ok, even though I wore the black one today)
Hhaha. Gosh I have not heard that song in so long. Well if you count those unbelievably dumb celly ring commericals, I have probably heard it a few times this past week.
Gosh within this past week so many of wonderful things have gone on. OK mainly I am referring to dance, because dance just rocks my F-ing world. I have never had so much fun with a dance recital week. It all started on Wednesday when Kelli and I went to Fuzzy's to get icecream after Irish class. The first ice cream of the season!! I mean, who does not love the ever lovely taste of chocolate chip cookie dough. Kelli and I both wore the Zoodles outfits when we were little. OMG did any you wear them?? Weren't they like the coolest outfits ever. With the matching socks and the gigantic bows. Man those were the days!!Well that Chocolate chip cookie dough it hit the spot, if it did not drip and hit the ground. Haa!!!
Thursday flew by then it was dunt dunt dunt daaaa, dress rehearsal day!!!
I was there from 4:30-9:30. It went by soo fast!! It works out all the quirks for the lovely recital. Like costume diffficulties, stage spots, its just fun to see it all come together. Kaitlin and I had a great time discussing the problems with the bosoms or whatever term you like to refer to them as. Saginaw High's prom was that night there too, so it caused so complications. It's ok were all alive.
Then Saturday came, and it was recital. I have not been so excited about a day as I was for Saturday~!!! Ahhh ok. I did Kelli's little sister's hair for her, it was adorable. If you ever need you hair done, you hit your girl Sarah up. THen I got my hair done.
Have you ever had 125 bobby pins in your hair. Ughhh it was so tight. I loved it though, I felt perdy. I took IBprophen to dull the pain. THat helped. It was HAwT!! Its in my new icon picture! Yes that kiss is to you! LOL.
Then I had to do my sisters hair. I saw a lot of hair today. She is one of my best/worst clients. Gosh she told me while I was curling her hair that I could burn her ear off, or it would burn so deep she would bleed to death. Yes Emily, you like read my mind?? She is so funnnnnyy!!
Then it was time to gather the neccesities for the night...
Ofcourse I saved the best for last...I'll share later with some pictures!!!! HAha I know you can barely stand the suspense. It was one of the greatest nights of my dancing years. From Irish dancing to goofing around with Kelli, to dancing with the one and thee only David Chamberlain, life was good! Gosh have you ever heard the phrase...
If the past is a lie and the future never comes, what are we left with,THIS?
Well, I could have stayed in those few days of last week forever.Because it was just that awesome.
