Today is going to be a cooking marathon! So far I know I'm making:
- Pancakes (for breakfast)
- Steel Cut Oatmeal (a huge pot to use for breakfast throughout the week)
- "Warp-Speed Pumpkin Butter" (to put in my oatmeal)
- Roast Beef with Mashed Potatoes, Gravy, and Corn (for dinner)
I haven't figured out what I'm making for lunch yet, but I should probably do something with the last of the leftover roast chicken from last week. Chicken salad sandwiches maybe? I'll have to think about it...
Also, later this week I'll be trying out at least one other new recipe:
