I just saw the Aviator. Very good movie. In one sense, it's not the typical Martin Scorsese movie, that's obvious. In another sense though, it's very much a Martin Scorsese movie. So much of it is about classic Hollywood. It takes place in it, around it. That is right up Scorsese's alley as a student and lover of film. His movies mix classic Hollywood style with European art styles. Film appears in his movies. It's his perfect type of movie in that sense.

I'm not the type to rank actresses in terms of looks. It's not really my thing. When asked about who I 'like' I can never think of anyone. But, I think Cate Blanchett is definitely one of the prettiest actresses out there. She's beautiful.
