NEWS!
so next year i am ACTUALLY going to take a post-secondary program. unfortunately, the one i am taking is not offered at camosun/uvic/anywhere normal... so far i can only find it at the 'pacific design academy'. and it's fricken expensive. it's a 1 year fashion design diploma progam. tuition = $9,950, lab fees = $300, additional fees = $1,500, application fee = $150, for a grand total of: roughly $12,000!!!!!!!!!!!!! luckily they have financial aide and student loans and all that, but still... ouch. the funny thing is that i am most likely actually going to pay that to take this course. and i am dead serious on this one. i've been starting to sketch some of my clothing ideas and sometime soon i'll start trying to make them! i'm actually really excited about this so i hope that is a good thing!!
umm in other news, my eye is swollen right now. yep. pretty sweet. my right eye is almost completely shut and it's all red and itchy and painful, and i keep like crying, but not, like my eye is leaking... gah... and i have to work at 7am tomorrow... hopefully i can still open it in the morning.... :( and to top it all off, my left eye is starting to feel the same way... :'(
uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh i don't know what else to say right now except that i can't find my phantom of the opera dvd... like i have the case, but it's empty. it is very distressing for me.
of wait!!! i know what i can say!!!
so dan and i went and saw CATS! it was sosososososososososo cool!!! that part where grizabella is singing memory and she just belts it out gave me goosebumps. seriously. it was amazing times 10,000!!! the only thing was we were soo far away from the stage that we couldn't see any facial expressions or anything, but it was still awesome. i was going to buy the dvd there too, but they were $55... so i'll buy it somewhere else for like, $20. maybe on ebay or something... seeing as i can never find it anywhere else... grumph.
umm.... i have to go now, i'm going to try putting ice on my eye to see if it stops swelling... i wish i knew what was causing it.... ack...
