so i'm supposed to be cleaning right now, but i'm stalling because i don't want to.
i'm essentially just sitting in front of the computer in my pjs freezing my ass off and eating grapes. mmm grapes...
i have to work at 3 today. 3-10... ugh... then walk home in the dark... maybe i can try and score a ride with someone... i wonder if brian works today. cause he gives me a ride sometimes... or maybe -- actually the only person who ever gives me a ride is brian. mathew used to but he doesn't work there anymore and he was a little creepy... man i need to learn how to drive. i just wish it didn't take a year to get your N...
dan and i went ice skating on saturday. i discovered that i can't skate anymore. it was horrible! i looked like a... well i don't know what i looked like. stupid. that's it. i think i'm just horribly out of practice because prior to saturday the last time i skated was last year just after valentine's day with dan. at least i didn't fall though. after skating we went downtown to SLC and hung out with meaghan for a while. then we sat in chapters for a while. i was reading a book about jack the ripper. then we came home and played wii.
and yesterday i slept in until 1:30. it was awesome. we went and had dinner at dan's dad's house and watched the oscars. i don't care what anybody says, pan's labyrinth should've won best foreign film. like hands down. but at least it won for best cinematography. that i can live with.
oh man at work soon things are going to start sucking. ashley's leaving in like 2 weeks for maternity leave until november, shantel's going to be kicked out of petcare soon, and then it's going to be me and brian and there's a new guy named david too who's just learning everything and i think brian's trying to get sam more hours too. so we're losing a good person and a bad person and not getting anyone else essentially because the other 2 are already working. dropping from 6 to 4. so if you want a job doing what i do PLEASE come by and drop off your resume. we really need good people. the last girl we hired quit after a week because apparently she "couldn't handle it." so come by!!!!
anyhoo... i don't feel like typing anymore. so... bye..
