In a twist of fate I got a call from my mom while at work. I got a postcard from Metro Transit, saying they have my wallet. I can't get it until Monday, of course, but MY WALLET. I hereby take back every bad thought I ever had about Metro Transit. Even when that bitchy bus driver wouldn't wait fifteen seconds so my recovering-form-a-hip-replacement!Mother could get on the bus. (She already complain, old old news.)
Now, it's highly unlikely, IMO, that the 50-odd dollars I had in my wallet will still be there, but, I don't care so long as everything else is--and if they know where I live, they must have my permit/id, so that solves another rather LARGE problem. Though, really, that thing's going to expire soon, so I should plan on getting a State ID anyways.
But... MY WALLET~~~ I was so incredibly HAPPY that I started singing SuJu!Haengbok, quietly/under my breath. And when I say "singing" I mean...getting out lyrics as best I could remember, and probably saying God knows what for real in Korean. XD But it matters not!
In a slight aside, last night I saw/listened to the original Haengbok as done by H.O.T. on YouTube. Oh. My. God. Just...wow. I really liked the bg music, I mean it, the organ-thing is WIN. I liked that, and the tennis balls were amusing. But the 90s Style. I had forgotten that... I was 10 at the time of that thing's release. But...cookie monster voice WTF-FTW? I...respect that they did that song, and that they were uber-popular and made way for other bands but...I like the SuJu one better. Except for possibly that bg stuff and the chorus is kinda nice slowed down where you don't have to GASP to sing...
yay!,
music,
