wow
i kinda forgot about this thing. lol. its been soooo long since i last wrote. so in the past few weeks here's what happened (which is basically nothing): ben (my brother) proposed to jenny (his gf of 5 years) on dec. 22. theyre getting married July 15, 2006!!! and im gonna be in it and james might be a groomsman (if ben was serious about it). nothing new in the james and I department. we're still thinking of getting married either august 2006 or june 2007. we were going to go to his friend garrett's girlfriends house on new years but i "wasn't feeling well" (which is partly true) and i didnt wanna go and he knew that, but i was willing to go so he could hang out with garrett. so instead, we hung out at my house while my parents were across the street at fred and fran's. we went over for a bit, but my mom and i were anything but nice (and i admit to starting it). so after an outburst from both mom and i, we decided to leave. we went back to my house to watch the ball drop, which was great cuz i really just wanted a quiet new year's, just me and james.
today, we were supposed to go visit my friends at scs but that didnt happen cuz his mom landed in a ditch and had to be picked up from work at 330. james was the only person available to pick her up. thats fine tho, cuz she was unscathed and her car just had bent axle. so instead of visiting with 7 friends, we're only meeting 3 (laura, elise, and marci). and thank goodness, cuz im gonna ask them to be bridesmaids for our wedding!! i already asked elise, and she was so excited, and of course, said YES!! lol. i love my friends, i honestly have some of the best friends there is. o and before we meet up with the girls, we're going to a union college hockey game!! i have missed that team (and game) soooo much. i hate not living 2 seconds away from a d.1 hockey program. but, thats ok.
for school, the semester went really well. i got a 3.3 which translates to a 3.4 overall cuz i got a 3.5 spring 04. that should definitly get me into the sport management program at cortland. once im in, i have to contact coach cranfield of the cortland mens hockey team. i really hope he still lets me be a student manager, it would suck majorly if i couldnt!
jamie (my cousin/best friend) and i are going to montreal jan. 13-16!! its the first time that we're just going together with no one to meet. this is our first real vacation. no babysitting, no parents, no nobody. its gonna rock! the only sucky part is the train ride. its about 7 hours both ways. but itll be fine. we'll have cards and our notebooks (that have poems and songs in them). we'll probly also sneak in a few games of M.A.S.H. lol. we're such dorks. lol. i love my jammy. anyway, im gonna go cuz my hands are starting to hurt from all this typing. lol.
