They day is set!
So, my dad's hernia surgery will be this Wednesday, first thing in the morning. Supposedly it's a ten day recovery period, and he can't drive for the first five. People I know who have had the surgery say it's longer than that, and that it's really painful, too. I guess I'm going back to full time dad care. I'd really like some time off from all of these medical issues. Lord knows, Dad does too.
