Lovely day, despite the wind from hell.
Got up this morning at 7am-ish, had some coffee, kissed my love goodbye, decided instead of going back to bed I would go play with the dogs for a while, came in and did some moving and stretching. I am trying to get myself out of this rut. I find that being physically active helps a lot. I am convinced that tomorrow will be beautiful. I think I will play outside with my poi. :D
