Now that finals are over I am SO losing 20 lbs. I miss being a skinny girl. It was nice. I am no longer proud of my body or the way that I look, and that is a problem. And frankly I just don't feel good anymore. My plan is to go to the gym for an hour everyday. half an hour in a class of some sort (because those really motivate me and keep me coming back...) and the other half hour on either cardio or weights on my own.
and of course FOOD is the main thing which made me this way but I think I will soon do better. I need to just not eat out.
