wedding jitters
I know that there should not be jitters yet since I have not even picked a date yet. I guess my main fear is something that not everyone will understand. How do I know this will last forever? I know I love him. There is no doubt about that, but I am sure that my parents loved each other when they got married. No one gets married to someone they don't love (unless it is for citizenship purposes...nevermind.) When people get married, no one ever says, "this will be good for 15 or 20 years and then we can get divorced and marry other people who we are sure we love." I told my grandmother once that watching her and my grandfather taught me about true love. I honestly meant that and I hope that I have learned my lesson well. I know I am probably being silly, but I worry. That is just who I am.
