Something new
So I know you are all use to my poems being about love or heart break but I have been having a hard time trying to put two and two together in my life and this is kinda my conclustion... though it isn't much of a resolution.
Life hands us nothing and everything
We must choose to wait or run towards nothingness
Alone with every dream and surrounded by our nightmares
We must be both pensive and rash
It’s either Sadness or Euphoria
These times are taking all my strength
Why must I choose between insanity and melancholy?
I want to face my inhumanity
But then I would have to choose between reality and madness
It’s either Sadness or Euphoria
Don’t blink an eye or life will change your mood
Hand us a new situation to prove ourselves
But in the end we will see it all the same
And must coexist with our own insanity
It’s either Sadness or Euphoria
