in the play im doing Joy moves to England for a man she doesnt really know but is friends with. My first reaction is... dude, she moves across the world to be with someone at this point she simply is friends with, whose company she really enjoys.... thats crazy, lunatic, dumb. but then i think about what life is really about and it kinda comes into perspecitve. Motivations.
What motivates us to be in a certain area. to stay. its is habit that so many people dont move. work is a big insiteor of movement. why shouldnt a person. is it any more or less stable than a job?
My thoughts then progress to an understanding of why not be near the people you like to be near. it makes pure and simple sence.
