I know clouds and they know me

Journal forgive me

It's been weeks since my last confession

How does that song go again:

I've looked at clouds from both sides now,
From up and down and still somehow
It's clouds' illusions I recall;
I really don't know clouds at all.

But I do know clouds very well lately.  We've had an extraordinary amount of them hovering around. blowing through town, tearing down trees and power lines.   We're in for some more of that tonight and tomorrow.  So get down to the cellar Dorothy, it's going to be a bumpy night.

Ahhhh tomorrow is Thursday, my Friday.  No more work for 3 days after tomorrow.  I had to run with the moaning man again today, and moan he did.  It started off about a block into our run this morning.  I was prepared this time though.   I had earphones!  Yes indeed.  Earphones... handy little things.  Musical little geniuses they are.   Anyway, I didn't have to listen to the moaner anymore. So thank goodness for that.

I was in a creative mood today, so I wrote three poems.  Two of them are in the post below this one.   Other than that I don't have a lot to say.  I'm hungry.  I planned to cook dinner over 2 hours ago and still haven't done it yet.   Off to the kitchen I go.
