spooky vision, accompanied by barbra streisand in every scene

i'm in washington d.c. for the holidays, my parents flew me out a couple of days ago, i'm in love with the metro, it's so convenient and i haven't ran into a crackhead in DAYS. sean and i have been seeing each other for almost a year now, we live in shoreline in a five bedroom two story house with a waterfall in the backyard. we've got a four year old rottweiler named shelby, she belonged to one of sean's mom's friends but since she got cancer and started having treatments she can't take care of her any more. it's weird not being in texas but being at my parent's house, i always figured i'd go back there... yesterday i went to the air and space museum and today i went to the natural history museum, i think it's wonderful that the smithsonian has made all these things available to the public at no charge. i enjoyed seeing the original documents of the constitution and bill of rights. when i was little i loved dinosaurs, so seeing all the bones was cool... and the hope diamond was BEAUTIFUL.

welp, gotta go to sleep. tomorrow is the almighty shop-a-thon. mmm, how i'd survive without starbucks i just don't know.
