NASCAR Champions!
So yesterday my favorite driver Martin Truex Jr. won his second Nascar Busch series championship in a row. He was able to overcome starting in the back of the field in a back up car that hadn't taken the track this weekend. He also had a loose wheel that put him a lap down and he was still able to finish in 7th place and win the championship.
Today my sister's favorite driver, as well as the driver that got me hooked on Nascar and not as much as open wheel racing, Tony Stewart won. This was his second championship in 4 years. He just had an ok day today, but it was alright he still won.
I can't believe that the season is over until February. Next year will be different with all of the driver/team changes. I also can't wait to cheer for Martin in that #1 Bass Pro car in the Cup series. Hers's to hoping that I can survive the offseason!
