NYC New York Color Liquid Lipshine review
So as most of you all know I am a huge drugstore beauty product girl. Don't get me wrong I love high-end products as much as the next girl, but when there are cheaper alternatives, with equal quality I love it. So that being said, I have used many many New York Color products in my life. Their products range anywhere from $.99-$4.99. I was sent this particular product complimentary to test through Influenster's VoxBox program and was thoroughly pleased.
The NYC Liquid Lipshine is $2.49 and is sold at almost all drugstores (Walmart, Target, CVS, Family Dollar, Kmart, Duane Reade, HEB, and others). The color I was sent is called "Nude York City" which is slightly sheerer than the picture below.
It's not totally sheer, while it isn't totally opaque either. It's the perfect nude gloss. NYC always has the most on-trend colors and this is definitely one of them. This shade will go with almost any makeup look, and should be in every girl's makeup bag! One of the best things about this gloss is that it is non-sticky. A lot of affordable glosses have very sticky textures. The Liquid Lipshine is creamy and soft and leaves your lips feeling moisturized which is unusual for a gloss.
